On Saturday, August 15th, at 10:00 am, Ken Draper of City Watch Media will facilitate a meeting between the NC Negotiating Team and the Department of Transportation, all in an effort to develop a Memorandum of Understanding. On the table is the proposed MOU which was developed by the NCTranspo Reps and the NC Negotiating Team and which has been presented to the General Manager of the LADOT, Rita Robinson for their consideration. The NC/LADOT MOU meeting of the NC Negotiating Team and the LADOT is open to the NC Transpo Reps and to the public. Glassell Park Community Center

Los Angeles Deputy Mayor Larry Frank and City Watch Publisher Ken Draper have brought together the Neighborhood Councils of Los Angeles and the Department of Transportation in order to facilitate the creation of a Memorandum of Understanding between the two parties.
